  1. Even before the import process starts, check the account against the yellow strike icon. To do that:
    1. Select Lists
    2. Choose Chart of Accounts

  1. Right-click Edit Account
  2. Choose Bank Feed Settings
  3. Click on Deactivate All Online Services
  4. Check for the yellow strike icon one more time

  6. Click Utilities
  7. Choose Import
  8. Click on Web Connect Files
  9. Choose the QBO file to be imported
  10. Check the selected account and the data in it
  11. Click Continue
  12. Your data gets imported
  13. Review the imported transactions by choosing the Transaction List
