Solution 1: Rebuild the data

• Go to the File menu
• Choose Utilities
• Select Rebuild Data
• If you receive any warning message for backup, click OK.

• Set the value of Group Item Quantity as 0
• Tab the field out
• Re-enter the right quantity in the Group Item Quantity

Option 4: When only one item has an overflowing value

• If the item showing exceeding value is new:
  • Go to Item List
  • Delete it
  • Recreate it
• If the item is an old one:
  • Audit the field
  • Correct the transaction
  • If you’re unable to find any transaction exceeding the value limit, enter an Adjust Quantity/Value on Hand document and adjust the average cost
