How to Printing Sage 50 Payroll Checks

  • Navigate to the Reports & Forms menu and choose Forms. Next, select Payroll Checks.
  • The Forms list will be displayed in the Select a Report or Form window.
  • Choose the specific payroll check form you wish to print from the Forms list.
  • Click the Preview and Print button situated below the sample image of the form.
  • The Preview and Print Payroll Checks filter screen will appear.
  • Customize your filter selections and press the Print/Email button to initiate the printing process.

Note: When you open the Filters screen, click Refresh List to display the information in the selection grid. Additionally, make sure to click Refresh List each time you choose a filter to see the latest details in the grid. When you click Print/Email, the forms will be printed according to the current filter selection criteria, Without your initial grid selection.

Using the Preview and Print Payroll Checks Filter Screen

When choosing the option to print or preview a form, the Preview and Print Filter screens will be shown. No changes are needed on this screen. You can choose the Print/Email or Print Preview button to print, email, or preview the form according to the default filter settings. Still, if you like to change the filter choices, you have the facility to do so through different tabs available on the filter screen.
