   1. Delete the folder named LDAPI
   2. Remove the Borland folder
   3. Also delete the Borland Share folder
3. Now remove the BDE various versions
   1. To delete it, go to the Start button
   2. Search for the Files and Folders
   3. Type the LDAPI under the named
   4. Do search for the local drives
4. Delete any of the LDAPI folders you found

BDE registry keys also needs to be removed

1. Take the backup of the registry
2. Open the RUN window by press and hold the Windows+R keys from the keyboard
3. Write the REGEDIT and then click on the Enter button
4. Backup the registry
5. Click on the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software
6. Now remove Borland
7. Then click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software
8. Remove the Borland
